RepCloud terms

Terms of Service

These terms govern access to and use of RepCloud CRM, Workspace, Drive, Publisher, mobile and desktop apps, websites, and related services.

Last updated: September 9, 2026

Account authority

You must provide accurate account information and be authorized to act for the company or organization using RepCloud. Workspace administrators control users, roles, app access, connected services, and business records within their account.

Acceptable use

You may use RepCloud only for lawful business purposes. You may not interfere with the service, probe or bypass security controls, access another account without authorization, distribute malware, or use RepCloud to send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or unsolicited content.

Your content and data

You retain ownership of content and business data you submit. You grant RepCloud the limited permission needed to host, process, transmit, back up, and display that information to operate the features you request. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions required for uploaded, imported, or published material.

Connected services

When you connect WordPress, Google, Microsoft, Dropbox, social networks, payment providers, or other services, their own terms and availability also apply. You authorize RepCloud to use those connections only for the selected workflows and may disconnect them where the product provides that control.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans and add-ons renew at the interval shown during checkout until cancelled. Prices, included usage, trial terms, and any usage limits are shown in Account Center or the applicable order. Taxes and third-party fees may apply. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not ordinarily refund a completed billing period unless required by law or expressly agreed.

Service operation

We work to keep RepCloud available and secure, but maintenance, provider outages, network failures, and evolving third-party APIs can interrupt features. Preview, automation, artificial intelligence, extraction, and publishing outputs should be reviewed by an authorized user before business reliance or public distribution.

Security

You are responsible for protecting account credentials, approving appropriate users, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. RepCloud may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, users, connected providers, or the service.

Termination and export

You may stop using RepCloud or cancel eligible subscriptions through Account Center or support. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, nonpayment, security risk, or unlawful use. Data export and deletion requests are handled according to the plan, product capabilities, retention obligations, and the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers and liability

RepCloud is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or the accuracy of third-party data, generated content, or automated decisions. To the extent permitted by law, RepCloud is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service changes. Material updates will be posted here with a revised date. Questions can be sent to sales@repcloud.app.
