RepCloud privacy

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how RepCloud handles information for RepCloud CRM, Workspace, Drive, Publisher, mobile apps, desktop apps, websites, and related services.

Overview

RepCloud uses business data to provide business tools.

RepCloud is built for companies and authorized workspace users. We use account, workspace, file, customer, order, communication, and app-usage information to run the services, secure accounts, support users, and improve the product. We do not sell personal information and we do not use RepCloud Drive iOS data for tracking.

Information we collect

We collect information provided by users and workspace administrators, including names, email addresses, login details, workspace roles, customer and contact records, files, filenames, folders, orders, notes, tasks, messages, campaign content, and support requests.

Device and app information

We may collect app version, device type, browser type, IP address, timestamps, diagnostics, crash or error details, security events, and feature usage needed to operate and troubleshoot the services.

Connected services

When a workspace connects services such as Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive, Google Calendar, Microsoft services, email, WordPress, or payment providers, RepCloud uses the connection only as authorized by the workspace to provide the requested feature.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate users, manage workspace permissions, browse and preview files, process uploads, send share links and emails, support customer portals, operate CRM and order workflows, provide assistant features, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests.

Sharing

We share information with authorized workspace users, customer portal users, service providers that help operate RepCloud, and connected services chosen by the workspace. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect RepCloud, customers, users, or the public.

Security

RepCloud uses HTTPS/TLS for app traffic, account access controls, workspace permissions, and operational safeguards. The iOS Drive app stores its pairing token in iOS Keychain. No system can be guaranteed perfectly secure, but we work to protect business data against unauthorized access.

Retention

We keep information while needed to provide the services, satisfy legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, support backups, and maintain security logs. Workspace administrators can request deletion or export of applicable workspace data.

Your choices

Users can update account information through RepCloud where available. Workspace administrators control many workspace records, users, roles, connected services, files, and retention choices. You may contact us to request access, correction, export, or deletion where applicable.

Contact

Questions about privacy or data handling can be sent through RepCloud support or the account contact channel at account.repcloud.app.
